HQ: To Do
This is a blog post of the LCAD Graphic Design blog I run. See more here.
It’s been a long time coming but I finally got an iPhone. For years I envied my friends who had them. I got the taste of the good life and I can’t go back.
One of the best things about it is how productive it can be, but the opposite is just as possible. But lets look at one app that has got me excited about school and being productive. Also I am sorry that this is only relevant to those with iPhones (sorry Dan, one day buddy).
HQ: To Do: by Sleeping Giant

Perhaps the best ‘to do’ list out there. This app strikes all the right designer chords in my heart. Just look at that UI and condensed san serif typeface! OK, now lets look at the features. Despite costing a few bucks I feels that it is a great investment in your college career. This is especially useful in that I allows you to have a project that requires several tasks. You can set notification, deadlines, and perhaps the coolest feature in my opinion is the the pie graph of the percentage complete. Tasks can be color coded, arranged according to due date and other times, and you can even have notes for each task.
If you have an iPhone and have a few bucks to spare, I say get it. It’ll help plan and manage your projects especially for those scatter brained like me.
